Mientras trabajo con profesionales y propietarios de empresas, veo que (¡muchos!) muchos de ellos trabajan duro para ganarse la vida, pero no logran construir un negocio efectivo.

Muchos de ellos trabajan duro todo el día y luchan con la comercialización, el mantenimiento y la producción hasta estar muy agotados por la noche.

 

O, lo que es peor, no tienen suficiente trabajo o clientes para mantenerse ocupados, por lo que se preocupan y se intranquilizan, pero no están creando un NEGOCIO efectivo, y por ésto nada cambia al pasar de los días.
 

El objetivo de cualquier empresa es SERVIR A LOS CLIENTES y el objetivo de una empresa eficaz es hacerlo de forma que genere beneficios y tenga sentido para el propietario, los empleados y los inversores.

 

El "final" de cualquier negocio tiene que tener sentido así como también "¡dólares y centavos!"

  • ¿Su negocio está "funcionando" para usted, o está luchando?
     
  • ¿Tiene los clientes que necesita, no solo clientes "suficientes", sino los clientes CORRECTOS para que su negocio realmente "funcione" en beneficio de todos los involucrados?
     
  • ¿Tiene un plan (un plan real, con detalles y fechas) para hacer crecer el negocio?

  • ¿Tiene una estrategia de salida para cuando quiera jubilarse o esté listo para continuar?

  • ¿Saca tiempo (nadie "tiene" tiempo) para planificar y diseñar el futuro?

  • ¿Sus planes se implementan regularmente?   


Si la respuesta a cualquiera de estas preguntas es no, ¡realice cambios! ¡Ajuste su horario, reciba entrenamiento, contrate a un asistente o consiga un entrenador!


Como dice Michael Gerber en su maravilloso libro, "El Mito E", usted desea trabajar en su negocio, no solo en o para su negocio.

Diseñe y cree un negocio eficaz, eficiente (¡y rentable!) Que funcione PARA USTED.
